Unlike pantograph engraving or shallow chemical etch into steel or brass the Photocast deep etch system allows etch depths only restricted by the thickness of the substrate you choose. This process, together with detailed text and illustrations is the perfect solution for long-lasting quality historical interpretation panels.
The maximum individual plate size is 980 x 580mm but we can accommodate larger panel sizes by ‘tiling’ a number of plates together on a backboard. A wide range of British Standard colours or RAL Specification numbers are available.
