Using our thermal digital printer we are able to produce high quality signs directly onto many different substrates from
pre-supplied artwork. Its most common application is the manufacture of vinyl self adhesive labels which, once printed can be run through our vinyl cutting plotters and can be decal-cut to any required shape.

Having superb flexibility, we are able to print some 77 spot colours that give combinations of over 3150 blends. We can also match pantone references using spot colour shades, as well as being able to colour match and print in full colour process quality.

Other materials that we can print directly to include:
• Magnetic sheet - commonly used as removable vehicle livery
• Floor minders - self adhesive floor advertising
• Window mesh - allows use of window for vehicle livery and advertising without obliterating drivers view
• Rigid PVC suitable for safety signs

• Self adhesive photoluminescent (glow in the dark)
